1. Production & Processing Time
All of our products are made-to-order. This means we start printing your item specifically for you as soon as your order is placed.
Processing Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for production and quality inspection.
Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.
Note: Production time is separate from shipping time.

Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS and DHL eCommerce to ensure reliable delivery across the U.S.
Delivery Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically be active within 24–48 hours.
Tip: If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages to ensure the fastest delivery possible.
4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses within the United States. Please note that delivery to these locations may take slightly longer than standard transit times.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Customer Responsibility: We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Reshipping: If a package is returned to us (or our production partner) due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the order.
6. Missing or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
Check with neighbors or building management.
Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark items as "delivered" prematurely).
Contact your local post office.
We are not responsible for packages that are stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us immediately at service@werkerz.de with a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
